A part of Eopaia Culture–celebration of the festival

The celebration of the festival is one of the Eopaia’s activities. Its purpose is to foster a warm and welcoming working environment for employees.

Meanwhile, it’s also a good oppotunity to promote the relationship between colleagues. Throughout the years, we have celebrated numerous feativals together.

Many of our employees now have families and children, and as responsible parents, they work diligently while taking good care of their children. During the Children’s Day, the company also prepared gifts for children — a painting kit.

The intention of company is to provide employees a warm and harmonious working environment to relax after work, but also to wish employees a better life. We believe that a positive work-life balance is essential for employee satisfaction and motivation, which in turn can contribute to increased productivity and overall success.
